Bathrooms

1. Sink thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and rinsed;
2. Tub and/or shower tiles thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and rinsed;
3. Chrome fixtures cleaned and shined;
4. Toilets disinfected inside and out, including base and behind;
5. Vanity top cleaned (more time may be required to remove and replace items on top);
6. Towels changed (if left out);
7. Mirrors cleaned;
8. Window sills wiped down;
9. Baseboards dusted or wiped;
10. Trash emptied;
11. Fingerprints removed from all woodwork, doorframes and switch plates;
12. Vacuum and/or wash floor;

 

Kitchen

1. Countertops and backsplash cleaned (all items removed and replaced);
2. Cabinet fronts washed or dusted;
3. Sinks scrubbed and disinfected;
4. Floor vacuumed or washed;
5. Exterior of appliances (oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop) cleaned (interior cleaned upon request - ask for details);
6. Small appliances wiped;
7. Windowsills cleaned;
8. Baseboards dusted or wiped;
9. Fingerprints removed from all woodwork, doorframes and switch plates;
10. Trash emptied;
11. Dishes washed (please set up procedure with your local office);
12. Wash or dust table and chairs;

 

Bedrooms

1. Carpets vacuumed;
2. Beds made;
3. Linens changed (if left out - notify office if more than one linen change is needed);
4. All areas dusted - on top, on front and underneath (all items removed and replaced - more time may be required if there are lots of nicknacks);
5. Picture frames dusted;
6. Mirrors cleaned;
7. Windowsills cleaned;
8. Fingerprints washed from all woodwork, doorframes and switch plates;
9. Vacuum under bed (if accessible);
10. Trash emptied;
11. Baseboards dusted;
12. Lampshades wiped down or dusted;
13. Light, general straightening completed;

 

Other Living Areas, including Hallways and Stairs

1. All areas dusted - on top, on front and underneath (all items removed and replaced - more time may be required if there are lots of nicknacks);
2. Upholstered furniture vacuumed;
3. Cushions and pillows fluffed and straightened;
4. Hardwood or tile floors damp-mopped;
5. Carpeted floors vacuumed;
6. Baseboards dusted and cobwebs removed;
7. Windowsills wiped down;
8. Fingerprints wiped from all woodwork, doorframes and switch plates;
9. Glass tables cleaned;
10. Picture frames dusted;
11. Lamp shades wiped down or dusted;
12. Light, general straightening completed;
